Board
Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD's) in Minnesota are governed by an elected Board. Each Board member represents a District within the county and each District is defined by city and township municipal boundaries.
The Dakota County SWCD Board generally meets the first Thursday of every month, 5:30 p.m., at the Dakota County Extension and Conservation Center.
